In March 2025, S&O IP China, in collaboration with the Guangzhou Municipal PSB, conducted a series of successful raids that resulted in the seizure of 82,173 counterfeit goods bearing our client’s trademark. The counterfeit items seized were primarily luxury bags and accessories, highlighting the ongoing challenge of protecting high-end brands in a market increasingly targeted by counterfeiters.
